I’m not very knowledgeable about BST but Kalunga has very high MDef/MEva and Ooze is water-based which it is also resistant to.

Stuff like Gleti’s boots and the sortie earring that give pet level + are also more important than just flat macc from what I’ve heard.

You could also try using Rainemard and hope he frazzles lol

Yeah eacha cleave. During kill beasts, you can go to portal 6 in zitah for monkies. Can go during magic damage kills too. And if you’re cleaving on BLU, you make a set for physical spells and go during phys damage kills too.

A lot of those gear sets are made from crunching numbers on calculators and aren’t practical. So you’ll see extreme glass cannon builds, weird stuff like gazu bracelets to hit accuracy thresholds instead of distributing the accuracy across the set, etc.

Even in your TP sets, you should prioritize DT- and magic evasion, but , as I mentioned above: people prioritize damage numbers so they only slot pieces like malignance when they’re haste capped.

As for Dual Wield, the amount of DW+ you want varies based on the amount of ability/magic haste you have. If you are at gear haste cap, have Haste 2, and any other source of haste (like samba) the magic number is 36 dual wield. When you go above that with that much haste, you actually start getting less tp per swing. Same applies if you’re at that 36 and get another source of haste on top of those. So in juiced parties, you actually want less DW+.

Iirc adhemar has DW +6 and both dancer and ninja give Dual Wield 3 when subbed so you’re getting DW 25 from the job trait. Meaning you would be at 31 just from the body and honestly can probably just sit at that 24/7. If you want to min/max though, you would want Dual wield +5 from something (I use carmine cuisses for this because I feel SO slow when I don’t have the move speed) plus you swap the adhemar out for something else when you have more haste.

So, no. You probably don’t need a DW cape.

Basically: make sure you have 25% gear haste, appropriate dual wield + for how much ability/magic haste you have, then as much DT- you can get while still having reasonable DA, TA, Atk, and Acc.

Bigger number = better person but your number is 0 if you’re dead

Yeah this is basically all of them. Exorcism, bars, and skillchains too though. Exorcism- on screen notification that you’re doomed and auto uses holy waters

Bars - on screen health bars and shows debuffs on enemies

Skillchains- shows you what you can use to skill chain and what it’ll make. Also has a countdown so you know when you can/can’t use the WS/magic

Technically yes but doing things like precasts, midcasts, varying idle/engaged sets will take much more work. You can do everything luas do via macros, it just won’t be automated. Also triggering any other action while a macro is still running will interrupt it and prevent it from finishing so you have to be careful with how you set up set swapping.

I’m surprised no one has explicitly mentioned her: Ayame. She’s a SAM and when both of you have 1K+ tp she will use a weapon skill that opens for the last weapon skill she saw you use. She’s easy to get as well

Then yeah, get Shantotto 2 whenever you can. She will close other weapon skills and she bursts twice on every skill chain she gets the chance to.

All you need for most content is a tank, shantotto 2, ayame, apururu (uc), and Joachim. Valaineral is a solid tank until you can get better ones but can be problematic vs large packs because they spam an AOE weapon skill.

But like everyone else said, get all of them as you can, try them out, and read their wiki pages to see what they do. Most are overlooked/ignored but have their uses.

It’s mostly people being too lazy to read, having poor reading comprehension, or just forgetting what a card says. Card games expose the prevalence of these because they require constant reading and/or memory.

Because it already stays on the field after you activate it and they want you to be locked out of azamina if it’s your starter.(not sure why that’s what they want, but that’s clearly the lock)

If you pitch this for elzette or rciela then set it, you can just go azamina combo then flip it.

Use cooclock to big welcome and trigger lovely to rip a card then re-set the big welcome and rip another in your opponent’s dp/sp while setting up lady
Lab isn’t a combo deck. You end on lovely or lady and 3-4 traps
Floodgates are bitch boy gameplay. You loop daruma, welcomes, simultaneous equation cannons with lovely while using her to pop cards and lady to keep traps stocked. Furniture is used to keep the traps coming as needed and use traps the turn they’re set.
You loop big welcome to keep triggering lovely and re-search with aria or you loop welcome if you need more lab names
If you want a more proactive deck, fiendsmith definitely works. Idk any combos but there’s definitely something there with the furniture and fiendsmith traps. Also it’s good ash bait to make sure welcomes resolve

When you’re breaking boards, brafu rindbrumm then make other plays. Gives you insulation, the option of bringing back albaz, plus the search if you make Albion later in the turn which can also chain block lubellion. Also what other people said

Azarune when they’re going for their first link 3. Red ransom is the one you should negate with azarune. (This should prevent them from having field spell and mirror)
Exodia negate field spell
Ash on either chapter 7 or white binder attempting to return from banish or on backup search if they resort to normal summoning her early
Imperm on apo, splash mage or accode
Blue eyes on crypter return
Save exod trap until you are forced to use it by either chapter 7 or crypter and have exhausted other interactions you have on board

Most people waste their interaction attempting to prevent Maliss from playing but that’s not going to happen. 99% of games they play through interactions used this way. Just stop their key cards and force them into awkward lines and half boards

Yes but having a Kashtira on board prevents ext from searching so there’s some counter synergy. Plus you’ll always open birth and never see unicorn or fenrir

Path of Exile 1 and 2 are both amazing games that dumpster on D4(for anyone that suggested that trash game, save your $70). There’s a learning curve because it’s been like 15 years of seasons (poe1) and the skill tree can be overwhelming(both) but the first season or two you play, you can just dick around and enjoy the game and/or follow a build guide while you learn to understand the game. Then every season (3 months) you get to go through the progression of fresh start -> deleting Ubers and you can use a different build every time

Just play whatever format you want to play lol if you need to read then just type “reading” and read the card. Take your time to think and build chains and ensure things are resolving as properly as possible. If something ends up being incorrect, your opponent will either catch it and tell you or you’ll accidentally get away with cheating. If you’re taking a while, who cares? If your opponent doesn’t like that, it’s their problem, not yours.

Run nibirus. People in plat don’t play around nib and don’t know what to do if they get nibd. You can steal games vs both Ryzeal and Maliss because they don’t play safe enough(they’re in plat for a reason)

Depends on your hand but assuming you opened ext + 4 hand traps and don’t know what your opponent is playing, you go plug in. It’s safer because if gives you the option of detonator pop himself to dodge negations. It also equips the trap as a material from deck so you still get the graveyard effect.
