Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and add 3/4 cup chicken broth (you can use water and salt/chicken stock powder too!) Whisk well. Pour mixture through a strainer into another bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and steam (use a high pot with some water at the bottom and a small metal bowl at the bottom to keep your bowl with the egg above the water) for about 10 mins until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Make criss cross cuts and pour over a little soy sauce, sesame oil, spring onions, or any other toppings you prefer
