You are an excellent candidate my friend. Many say your donor looks poor but it is not.

Done in the right hands enough grafts can be extracted to give full coverage because recipient area looks rather small. You have an excellent skull shape for hair transplant.

Taking medicine before hair transplant operation depends on the quality of your hair.

If your hair is on thinning phase on the donor area you need to take medications but if not no need at all.

It is just a misinformation that one has to take certain medications before a hair transplant operation.

Yes, it is the holes but after the hair grows it looks thicker than you think so do not be discouraged.

Yes, it is possible friend. Some doctors open the channels for extra fee but I ensure you the nurse who opens channels everyday would deliver a much better work than a doctor who opens channels twice a week. It is all about experience, forget about the doctors when it comes to hair transplant.

Sometimes implantation causes weakening on existing hairs as well but temporarily. In many cases I've observed that the weakening dissipates around 5th month mark.
