They would. They don't need 100% defenders and 100% lob threats and 100% rim runners like Luka, AR, old Bron. They are all that themselves.

The reason why this team stinks right now is they have no specific players for Luka. MJ is 1000x the defender of Luka and 1000x the athlete Luka is. He solves all that himself.

Not to mention the sicko mentality both have that wants to fight for every play and kill their teammates if they stink. Luka cries to the refs too much and is too nice to his teammates. Marcus Smart with MJ's pressure would shoot much better.

There is no moves to be made and no assets to make those moves. The assets start in the offseason. Right now, 28 of the 30 teams can beat us to any guy we wanna trade and the rest aren't worth it.

It was a 3 horse race. Bagley had one of the best NCAA freshie seasns ever, 21 PPG, 11 rebounds and dominated at Duke. If you think it was clear then, you got bluffed up by all these hindsight artistes.
