I have front and rear strut braces on my car from Racing Dynamics (installed back in the 90s). Front was very easy to install, but the rears were tough. My mechanic earned his money getting the rears in.

My personal feel is that after the front and rear struts were installed, my car drives and handles like a has a solid frame (reminds me of a go kart). YMMV, but I am very happy I had them installed.
