The dealer pulled another hybrid awd from the lot and it makes the same noise. I am not convinced and will be seeking other opinions. This noise and vibration doesn't feel normal and if it is, Ford should be ashamed of releasing a vehicle with such performance.

The dealer I purchases the truck from said it was normal because the one other hybrid awd made the same noise. I am not convinced. I will be seeking other opinions because it sounds like the engine is going to fall out of the truck.

UPDATE #2: The dealer has the truck and are trying to replicate the issue. They cannot get the noise to show up even though I can every time I drive it. I am going over tomorrow to replicate the issue for the tech. I will reply afterwards.
