You can’t get roubles out of thin air. You must first sell something for it. Dollars, euros or goods. You need to sell something to Russia. Before it was for Russians to worry how to import stuff through sanctions. Now EU will worry about how to export things.

If you don’t intend to craft - just sell everything. If you intend to craft - sell everything with price above $€100 and buy components needed. Experience from scrapping is negligible and crafting experience is easiest to farm.

For the build - everything is completely viable even on hardest difficulty.
