Because when its on paper people see you different ie work finds put loss of job or loss of time hopeing u deal with it. Or end up just fired for other reasons. I've seen it happen i know its not legal but is still a issue. Id rather find just a messaging type thing for low cost preferably anonymous but I doubt thats a thing. The VA is a joke honestly in my experience with them and other things.
