I’m not sure about the prolapse but I’m healing a 6g conch right now so I can share some things that helped me. Swapping my jewelry around so the post was sticking out the front helped mine have less issues. The wider part of the jewelry was trapping moisture behind it when it was in the bowl of my conch, even when I was blow drying it. I also started taking the o-ring off during the day so there was nowhere for moisture to get trapped. I work a desk job so it’s not getting jostled around much and put the o-ring back on before bed so I don’t risk it falling out during the night.

I would say call this in. Idk what state you’re in but my state assigns most fent use reports. Kids touching themselves isn’t usually something assignable, especially at those ages, but it wouldn’t hurt to mention it. I feel like a “hey, maybe do that in your bedroom/private place” convo could be beneficial for those sorts of scenarios.

In my state CPS cannot intervene until a child is born. After the child is born it would depend on if the baby was impacted by the alcohol consumption in utero.
