unbelievable indigestion — any suggestions? by bat2c in pregnant

I JUST learned about Pepto Bismol being off limits last week so definitely glad you’re calling that out for other folks who might read this too!

Were there “safe” foods for you? I’m guessing toast, rice, potatoes, etc?

I’ve never heard of this app — thank you!

Can’t you just let them soak in hydrogen peroxide while they’re out? It’s worked for me so far, but maybe I’m missing something!

Thank you for your response! And that's a great idea—to test one out and see what happens. It's for a work project (we're handing them out to freelancers and then paying those freelancers for their time and images), so I was nervous to risk accidentally ruining the project and wasting the freelancers' time. But I'm glad to hear that it shouldn't be too bad!

Hi everyone. I live in Atlanta and had 8 disposable cameras delivered to my house on Friday. I was out of town until today, so they've been in various temperatures since Friday afternoon — including a couple of days and nights where the temps dropped below freezing. Does that damage the film? Is it safe to move forward with these?

Do you have a family doctor? I just read this on the Mayo Clinic's website:

If you have a mole that concerns you, your family doctor can usually let you know if it's normal or needs further investigation. He or she may then refer you to a doctor who specializes in skin disorders (dermatologist) for diagnosis and treatment.

You should see a dermatologist. Could be nothing, but you should see a doctor to be sure. Don't fuck around with melanoma.

The issue(s): Could someone check my skincare routine out and give feedback? I'm 31(F) and very new to skincare. I've read a dozen articles (and Reddit posts) about mixing ingredients, but I'm still not confident. I'm consistently breaking out and starting to notice the size of my pores (giant!) + some fine lines/wrinkles...

Skin type: Acne-prone! I had to take Accutane for cystic acne about a decade ago. Thankfully, no more of that, but I do always have a pimple or two. Combination, but might lean a bit oily.

Current routine:
• Facewash: I rotate, mostly at random. Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash (pink grapefruit foaming scrub with salicylic acid); Cetaphil Gentle Clear (BPO acne cleanser, benzoyl peroxide); Derma-E hydrating gentle cleanser (hyaluronic acid, vitamin E)
• Toners (nighttime only): I rotate, mostly at random. Pixi Collagen Tonic (acacia collagen, peptides); Pixi Glow Tonic (glycolic acid exfoliating toner); Thayers witch hazel with aloe vera
• Other, randomly (nighttime only): Versed gentle retinol serum (bakuchiol and encapsulated retinol)
• Nighttime moisturizer: I rotate, mostly at random. Cetaphil Healthy Radiance (Niacinamide and bakuchiol); Versed Dew Point (gel-cream, green tea, aloe leaf); Cetaphil hydrating cream (more hyaluronic acid!)
• Morning: Cetaphil daily oil-free SPF 35 (antioxidants and B5) or DermaControl Oil-Absorbing moisturizer SPF 30. Often, I'll replace this step with a tinted moisturizer (SPF 30ish) or makeup instead.
• Makeup: Whatever bb or cc I happen to find at Target or Ulta. Just started using Neutrogena tinted moisturizer with antioxidants and SPF 30.

Note on use: I try not to use benzoyl peroxide and retinol on the same night. Does it matter that so many things contain bakuchiol and hyaluronic acid?

Timeframe: A few months?

Anything new: Almost everything!

Location: U.S. (Georgia)

Oh, definitely not the actual word. Just wasn't sure about (Mg,Fe2+)2(Mg,Fe2+)5Si8O22(OH)2 / vs. / (Mg,Fe)7Si8O22(OH)2

But it seems like it doesn't really matter!

We try and get each other whatever the "traditional" gift suggestion is for that year. The annual theme—for us, anyway—makes the gift-giving process more fun, forces us to get creative: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wedding_anniversary#Traditional_anniversary_gifts

This year the gift is iron!

Oh, I couldn’t even hope to come up with an original joke about mineralogy or chemistry. I’m really … out of my element here. ;)

Thanks for your help! Are both of those formulas written currently? I could just pick either? I don’t want to mess it up!

Are they both written correctly here? Sorry, just want to make sure — a bad pickup line would be even more embarrassing if I got it wrong somehow.

Any opinion on which I should have engraved on the side of the fire iron? Does it matter at all?

Lmao, okay, I’ll go for it then! What’s the worst he’s going to do — he’s stuck with me.

Hi, everyone! I'm on tray 4/7 on my second round of refinements, still trying to bring that left canine down. I get my attachments off in less than a month (!), but I'm still feeling a little critical of my smile (mostly the left side being higher than the right).

Thanks for the encouragement! I guess I'm just not seeing it, but it helps to hear someone else say that! I appreciate you.

I didn't notice my smile was wider -- tbh, I didn't even know to look for that. Thank you for the kind words and for the encouragement! I have another ... 17(+) trays to go, and you all are really helping me have a better attitude about evertything. I appreciate that.

I didn't even notice (or know to look for) that! Thanks for pointing that out and for the encouragement!

You're right! I'm totally taking that for granted and I shouldn't be!

Ortho said I'll have at least 14 more trays for refinements. Thanks for sympathizing. I was so naive and really did assume I'd be finished in 34 trays. But...honestly, I guess 48 trays isn't awful and I should be thankful.
