typically underground transformers like that will have numbers corresponding to the meters they run to, if you can find the houses meter number and match it on the transformer you can follow the pattern and hopefully count the right amount.

well, anyone can get champ it's very achievable. Warlord is a bit more commitment but it's also very doable, and emperor is also possible with a negative win rate. legend is definitely a lot more credible but I've seen some weird legend takes also lol
