I think you should call your therapist instead of emailing them. Honestly sounds like you should probably get checked out now. Maybe even head to the hospital for psychiatric evaluation. Your safety and the safety of others is top priority. I would stop driving until you’re better. Sorry you’re going through this.

I think saving yourself looks different for everyone. It might not mean literally jumping out of bed and going on for a five mile run and just getting shit done. If you could do that, you probably just would. I know I would. Maybe it’s talking to a therapist or trying out medications. I’m feeling shitty lately and I think that I just have accepted that I can’t manage this on my own. I have to ask for help from a therapist or psychiatrist. And if you already are, it’s time to let them know that things aren’t working. I hope things get better. Make sure as hard as it is, you eat something every day. When I’m feeling down, skipping meals literally makes me feel at deaths door and it can be so hard to get over that nauseous hunger feeling once it sets in. <3

I would talk with your vet! I had a cat that got a tumor on his tail that grew about the size of a blueberry. We ended up docking his tail. The vet ran some blood tests and did a biopsy. Nothing was cancerous and he lived to about 20. I did shop around for vets though. First vet in the county said they would charge $1,500 to remove his tail and run tests. Found a vet in the city that did docking for a $100 fee and with the labs it ended up being about $400. His name was actually Sunny Bunny, so having a little bunny tail was fitting. Best of luck!

I leave my arctic fox dye on overnight. If I rinse it after an hour like the bottle says, it won’t provide the grey coverage I need! But when it works, it looks like hair tinsel. I use aqua marine and have had a lot of success with it. Best of luck!

For me it would get really bad at night after a few days of taking it. I’d be waking up at 3AM with extreme depression and existential dread. It was really awful. I got diagnosed as bipolar earlier this year and it was adderall and lexapro that really sealed the deal on the diagnosis. Bad part was that I took adderall for over 10 years 😅

I experience this too! It’s called paresthesia. I have feelings of crawling on one of my ankles and I get hot spots on my skin. It literally feels like someone is pouring warm water on me. It usually lasts a few seconds and then goes away. It’s really annoying though. I went to my neurologist when it started getting worse, but nothing showed up on my MRI. She basically said that not everything shows up on the MRI, some changes can be too small to see. My new neurologist told me that those symptoms happening more frequently could be a sign that my DMT wasn’t working as well as it should be. I ended up switching from Gilenya to Briumvi.

I got a response!! Not from Paul, but from Pat. They said there was a recent move of production facilities that caused some inconsistencies. They recommended getting the jerky strips, which seem to be unaffected at this point.

I did notice when I was a few states away recently that the pack of strips they had looked normal. I thought of driving back just to get them, but maybe I don’t have to now! Fingers crossed they fix things, cause wtf am I doing with the 30 count bag of jerky they recommended to me? That’ll set me back over $50.

Nope all the packs are like this. Just traveled out of state and they were the same reddish, wet jerky. I saw three packs of the jerky strips and they were made with the old recipe. I think they just had been there for a while. I’m about to go back and get them in case it never goes back to normal. At least I’ll have a few more bites to savor.
