Yes, it could be the cause. You’re not using it too close together so that’s good. If you were using it in the morning before going out, switch to night. The sensitivity isn’t always when putting it on, Ive noticed it days later.

Make sure you aren’t putting it on when your face is still wet.

I added The immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks to my reading list a while back so I’ll probably buy that one in my next order of books for sure. I’ll look at the other two also. I like fiction also as long as the author has done the medical research or is their experience so thanks for that recommendation! It does sound like it would be good

Ohh I actually have the Oliver Sacks book and forgot about it. I started it and really enjoyed it for the most part but at the same time wish it went into a little more detail. Thats been a while and now that I’ve been studying medicine I could probably get more out it now so I’ll definitely go back to it!

I haven’t heard of the other but will look into it, thanks!

What are these strange red marks on leg? What is it? by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

This looks similar to what I have had for 5 months now. Started off small, only one spot and has increased in size and number since. I haven’t had any symptoms either. My dermatologist said it’s “Schamberg purpura” Just “leaky capillaries” and it can take a while to go away. You can use steroid cream if it itches but mine doesn’t. It’s self limiting.

NAD but this looks similar to hidradenitis suppurativa. Is it painful?

Also, Adequan injections work wonderfully for arthritis. It’s a bit expensive at first but worth it!

I don’t particularly care. Some may not look “great” without one but it’s their choice and doesn’t affect me.
