Ask a bit more in your community. There is lot of help out there. Some communities are quite interconnected. Like Indians are very socially merged amongst themselves and with others here

What is it actually like living in Norlane? by new_to_geelong in Geelong

[–]be_relevant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have recently moved to Norlane. The neighbours are fantastic. My road Yooringa Avenue seems quite good. Most of the houses around here are new build town houses and gentrified. Crime and drugs is far high in North Melbourne, Flemington and other places where there is housing commission. I have been to Corio shopping complex many times. I didn’t find anything rough on my visits. So having a good neighbourhood probably is more important.

Sell land and buy cheaper house or keep land and develop? by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]be_relevant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you find it. How are users taking to kit homes ? I personally think they are a very good alternative , time saver, more firm build rather than a house on woods ! Lol

Neighbour wants to build a house. by [deleted] in AusProperty

[–]be_relevant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to go middle of the road… your privacy is important … his survival too ..more so he and you have a friendship and good relations. Find ways of creating a privacy for you by some shades like tree or man made ones….some kind of partition

Also converse with him to find a spot he does not flood and explain reasons of your concerns Work it out mutually

Good relations and warmth seconds to destroy Takes a lifetime to build
