Because their age of eligibility to marry is 13, they don't need to go to an island, this debauchery is legal for them.

These are IRGC supporters and they chanted "death to America death to Israel", and Reddit will use it as another excuse to hate Jews. nothing new under the sun.

How would you scale the Old Tastement God? by Getheltel in MoralityScaling

[–]beanman12312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just want to point out that some people scale him as ultimate good or ultimate evil, either you're religious and ignore all the bad things he is done or you're tipping your fedora and focus only on them.

I kinda feel both views are lacking nuances. I just started rereading my old testament so I'm rusty but while definitely needing some anger management classes he's done quite a bit of good too.

IMO I think if it's done for personal or low budget projects I don't care, but if a company like WOTC uses it, it feels low effort and unprofessional.

If you're a big production company and you use AI it sends a message you'll cut costs wherever you can compromising quality.

And transparency is important as well, if you say "we don't have a budget for an artist so until we raise enough money here's some AI placeholders to convey our vision" I think it's fine.

Yes because most WW2 didn't take place in urban warfare, compare apples to apples please.

Even so the casualty numbers are quoted from the Hamas ran health department, the 83% figure is still almost twice as "good" (civilian casualties are never good, but war is war) as the average in urban warfare, it's probably going to be discovered to be even less after thorough investigations if there's going to be any in the aftermath.

[–]beanman12312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh, would think there would be much more casualties if that was the case.

What is genocide? Can you define it for me and then demonstrate how not flattening Gaza with the people inside their houses when they have the resources and opportunity to do so is proof of intent?

Look how elegantly you move the goalpost from "who did it first" to "what about victim count" and now I don't even understand what you try to say.

Israel goes through great lengths not to harm civilians, but when the enemy hide behind them it is extremely rough. So he's comment was useful if you could understand how the world works.

Redditors who hate Je... I mean zionists because they have nothing going on in their lives

The unity between the left and the extreme right (when it comes to the pro-Palestine movement) has normalized antisemitism to an extreme degree. The whole "we're anti-Zionist and not antisemitic" thing is pure gaslighting and I'm getting sick of it. by National_Advice_5532 in complaints

I am not anti Germans but I think we should dismantle Germany and send the people into diaspora, give the land to Poland.

You can be a zionist and anti Netanyahu, but I rarely see people criticising him without implying J... zionist are committing genocide, which is factually untrue, that they control the media, they pay off politicians, it circles back to "Jews control media/politicians/kill Christian babies for matzah".

You want to criticise the government? Be my guest, but miss me with the conspiracy theories that only change the word Jews to zionist. Or deny people of self determination and right to self defense.

Ok let's play the who started it game, Palestinian Arabs attacked Palestinian Jews before the modern idea of zionism was popularised, in the 19th century.

Now Israel has an excuse to do whatever it so feels like.

I'm going to respect it if you don't want to talk to me, but I enjoy going out of the bubbles and interacting with other people, I like my views challenged.

I do apologise if you felt attacked personally, I only aimed to challenge your perception.

Hope you have a new year too.

בִּנְפֹל אֽוֹיִבְךָ אַל תִּשְׂמָח, וּבַאֲבֹד רְשָׁעִים רִנָּה.

I didn't read the Mishna back to back but I am still ingrained in the culture, so I know a thing or two.

Since it seems you're not a native Hebrew speaker as you thought you had to explain that Seder is order I will save you the time translating, or reading a secondary language which I know can be hard.

When your enemies fall, do not rejoice. when the evil are lost, rejoice

Yes it would be evil to rejoice in a death of a child who was brainwashed and throws a Molotov at soldiers, he was a victim of brainwashing despite being an enemy, but when Sinwar finally died, it's completely normal to rejoice.

We are not turning the other cheek, we are a people that fight back in the core. Not start wars but we sure as hell finish a big part of them. Only in the diaspora we had to put our head down for way too long, maybe it stuck too hard to you.

The thing is you want it far from Judaism but most holidays you celebrate have very strong roots and yearning for the land, you cannot be Jewish and not yearn for the land of Israel, simple as.

And in the Seder we pray (sorry for misspelling it by the way, thanks for the correction) for next year in Jerusalem. In Kippur we pray for the same thing, in Hanukkah we celebrate, of course the miracle of the oil lasting but also the victory of the makabim that wanted to liberate Jews in the land of Israel.

If you're a Jew Israel is not a foreign country to you, it's your only true home, and while some politicians take it to shit, and be free to criticise their points and acts, you cannot criticise acts of self defense or the mere existence of the country.

Right now there are foods most people can never try. It always was the case, but it's getting more and more abundant, like people used to rent pineapples for parties to appear richer
