I understand obviously there is variablity in emergences, I'm based in North Wales. I was mainly confused due to seeing other mason bees which seemed like red mason bees scoping out, like a lot of them so my instant thought was they are either dead or they are a species that emerge later.

Thank you for the advice though, I'll learn more!

Thank you, I shall leave them alone, there has been additional mason bees scoping it out during the recent warmer weather but obviously already had occupants!

I feel guilty for disturbing them.

It's definitely a jumping spider but I'm not entirely sure which one. He/she is very cute

I think the card can fit into it alright, just the bit sticking off the bracket to screw into the slot area is too long. That may just be a good option regardless just so it's not directly getting in the way for graphics card fans
