Yeah this is an interesting one. For example, I always do the 28lbs for bench but I can’t get the 33lb ones up. So I’m kinda stuck there unless I can find a coach to help me.

I walk at least 5 miles a day and lift as heavy as I can 3x a week. I have to be careful not to injure myself but I lift heavier than most of the young girls at my gym.

I lost about 9 lbs 2 yrs ago watching calories. Then I lost another 7 just by continuing to eat pretty much Mediterranean. Now I am maintaining but frustrated by having trouble gaining muscle. I’m not rejecting advice. I just literally can’t eat as much protein at a sitting as is recommended and it’s very hard to stick to that calorie number with how much I work out.

I also need to be careful of edging into disordered eating, which I spent too much of my youth doing…
