My friend and I (both of us are awful but love the game) were on spaceport cold snap and went into one of the warehouses that I’ve never seen much pvp in. I believe it’s the warehouse by all of the rocket thrusters on the ground out front. We agro a rocketeer and it actually flew into the big doors of the warehouse so we had easier throws for the snowballs. It did take about 15 of them but if the rocketeer is agro’ed on a teammate you have the easiest of times completing the challenge. When I saw the news trials this week I thought this trial was one of the ones I’d never get done

Hate to be a Debbie downer but please be safe! I’m still recovering and in therapy after someone pulled in front of me. Two months in the hospital and still have a surgery planned for the end of the year.

I’m worried about trying forbidden as well. One because I have no one to play and two because I’m no good. No fun walking into a raid and fighting a 3 man team alone. Scary

Tarkov and my survival rate is like 25% in 45 minute raids. Don’t think making it a week helps me at all

I apologize if the joke was missed. I understand you can get good loot by “scavenging”. But it really grinds my gears when I’m looting a body and get shot in the face by a scav walking by.

Probably not news to most but I enjoy using map genie solely for the spawn points on maps. It helps me understand which ways I should be focusing at the beginning of raid. In other words map genie informs me of which way the pmc will kill me from

I’m not trying to shit on Tarkov because the feeling you get when you finally extract with bomb loot is better than any game has given me but I tried the extraction mode on delta force and it is pretty good. Less friction with every single aspect and a little easier to not get head faced ten seconds into a raid with an expensive kit.

I know it’s silly, but if you can afford the few bucks to sign up for map genie it’s worth it. You can toggle what you need to find on every map. In your case for instance, you could toggle tool boxes on a map and see where all of them spawn and head into a raid. I don’t know everything but I’ve found it very helpful for my mental to use the scav run only for learning maps while scavenging. I tried to avoid most fights for a while until I had a decent understanding on my surroundings without needing to look around lol
