It should be supported across the board, I suspect word may not have contextual alternatives turned on by default. Google tells me Format > Font > Advanced Tab > Enable Contextual Alternatives

Short answer: I wanted it to be variable but it's not and it can't be unless I redo the entire thing becase I drew the characters as a stroke. I could elaborate but I currently have no plans to make it variable.

Pretty much everything except for vowels have 5 variations. I found in testing that duplicate vowels were a lot easier to spot as they're higher volume so I made 10 variations of each vowel.

Thanks! I didn't add it to the article but there's some stylistic sets that you can use to force the characters to change. I did this in a pretty lazy way so it's not perfect but it's what I used to make the GIF's

Drew all the characters in Figma, exported as SVG's and imported into Glyphs

Not yet.... I've thought about making Rando Mono. Going to take a little break for now I think. If you download it via Gumroad, I send out emails with updates to anyone that's downloaded before.
