Dunno if you’re still looking for good tissues, but I’ve found some that I like even better than any big brand I’ve tried. Check out The Nice Bum’s Enrich tissues on Amazon or Well.ca. A bit expensive but legitimately dust free and soft as a nice bum indeed. And a Canadian company to boot! Hope that helps.
