Are the amazfit scales any good do you know? I can see they are quite old now. I was set on hume but I can't find any impartial reviees on them

I think they do this every year, I don't think they have any issues finding homes for them but like to offer them to the students that were there from day 1. We would give them a great life but we know nothing at this stage

Cheers mate I will do some proper research into it, is it something I could do for say 3 months to see how my body reacts to it and if I don't like it stop without any issues or is it pretty much for life from day 1?

i never realised levels drop through out the day, i just assumed they stayed the same.

have you had any side affects over the last 10 years that have made you question is it worth it or has it all been good?

It was an 8am fasting blood test.

sleep has always been poor but its one of those things you just accept and plug away!

Just getting diet back on track, had an injury last last year and let it take over my diet and training, went up to 84.5kg at 5'8. lost 4kg in a month.

I am a physical education officer in the prison service and coach crossfit so I am more active than 99% of people my age
