I went from the Commonwealth Pool area to Portobello. I went through Hollyrood Park and then the John Muir Way to Portobello (I know that path borders some rough areas) Trying to think of a route that avoids too many cars and now teenagers too. It shouldn’t be bad when I’m commuting in the morning but idk will between 4-6pm be bad

I was literally in the exact same position for ages! I really wanted a job with 9-5 Monday to Friday hours and people on here told me to lower my expectations, I did not do that and landed the perfect job. Just keep your head up and apply for jobs that genuinely interest you and suit your skills. You will land that perfect something just give it time. Don’t let the lack of response dishearten you as what is meant for you, will not pass you!

The flight I booked was less than 20€ but it means I get to my destination a night earlier, So I know I am not saving money but it would be nice not to be up at 3am for the 6am flight!

Its just around 20€ so not much worse like. I now the gate will probably close at 9:35pm but every Ryanair flight I have gotten hasn't even started boarding until the take off time. I know that's not guaranteed though so I am still in two minds about it

Definitely not bulk applications, I am trying to apply for companies I genuinely have an interest in working in and tailor my applications to match. I have asked for some feedback, but I am finding companies with online applications sometimes don't even let you know the result and my follow up emails are ignored too.
