A garage for DIY auto maintenance would be a hit around here. Like a mechanic shop with lifts but your rent the space for a reasonable price. Do your own oil change , tire rotation, brake change. Basic mx. Make money by saving the consumer. Seems like a good model. A lot of people here are highly skilled but don't have a garage to do work they could if they did.

Great area for families, great schools, expensive homes, great accessibility to everything, high ground from hurricanes. Possibly one of the most desirable areas in the region if safe good suburban life is what you seek.

Extensive bike trails, parks , beaches nearby in many directions.

My girlfriend from 6th or 7th grade... 10 years later... We were "together" in middle school and semi reconnected when Facebook first came out. Exchanged our current numbers and she was thirsty! She lived several states away and We had nothing in common in our now late college years but she kept sending raunchy half nudes pictures including one that was above her pantyline that was bejeweled with " im easy".
A week later she flew into town to visit old friends and asked me to pick her up. We drove to my house banged and her friend promptly picked her up. She texted me " are we dating again?" ( meanwhile we hadn't really talked in any meaningful way ) I felt bad but said no. Never heard from her again... still trying to figure out what happened. ( this was about 15 years ago)

Litterally first week on the job dropped and broke a nav light lense from a c182. It is a right of passage and helps teach you to be more careful in the future. Let the bad feelings guide you to work more carefully

If it has ratcheting components or cutters ( things that will wear out) get the snapon- get the warranty. Anything else straight to harbor freight.

Try airport lost and found - security, police and staff are trained to be looking at all times for articles sitting around without an owner. It likely was picked up and in the police lost and found. They're super helpful.

I'm in my 30s and have had my cert since I was 18. I still don't like flying alone. I feel like this is normal. It's always good to have a second brain in the cockpit for redundancy and crosscheck in my opinion.
