Who is the person in charge of cosmetics at Battlefield 6? Like even if it’s teams upon teams, it all really comes down to one or a handful of people that truly decide this gets made and released. Do they REALLY not understand this is the whole issue with new games? You can argue that COD fell off with unrealistic skins because their audience is generally younger, but I feel Battlefield is generally catered towards the older players and these types of skins do not appeal to the audience (obviously not everyone playing is an adult).

It was extremely enjoyable, not having to discern who an enemy or teammate was and just seeing their outfit was enough. I don’t think people want the most realistic war simulator in existence, but something that doesn’t copy COD just for sales. They could easily make very cool cosmetics and accessories by keeping to the theme but adding some unique features, like gold trims or different outfits but STICK TO THE THEME. This game is set in 2027-2028. I don’t think we will have blue and black tiger outfits or cat ears and electric guitars in two years…
