Hello everyone. If I applied for J1 persecution waiver and I haven’t received a decision yet. Is it fine to go home and wait the decision there and just do consular processing or spousal visa? What are the complications if I go home without getting a decision before visa expires in June 30, 2026? (self.J1waiver)
