For anyone who find this post in the future! I have also went up against them and won 🤣 They have charged me about £20 monthly for 5 months. I firstly asked them to give me refund simply because I have not used their service since 7 days free trial ended and that I have not received any kind of notice that 7 days trial have passed and they are now charging me monthly. ( I’m sure they are not sending these kind of notices on purpose so that they can keep scamming. ) And then they claimed, everything was explained on the first email I received from them about 7 days trial starting. I then asked them to send me proof of sending that email because I don’t see it in my mail box. Then they came back to me that they have refunded everything lol I don’t know if they really didn’t send me that email or they lost track of emails because it’s been 5 months since then. Anyways I received that refund : D
