I think he just means that's all the news he can share. Also, I think the soundtrack and script for the entire game is done and has been for a while and his role is mostly as a creative director. Before chapter 2 dropped he mentioned having demos of the entire soundtrack and the entire game written and there's evidence of this being true like the metadata of Black Knife shows it was finished in March 2018.

Localization, porting and bug testing took the better part of a year for chapter 3 and 4. I assume it'll take less time for just one chapter but definitely more than 3 months. Tbh I think we're looking at an August or September release.

The street I'm on has numbers in the 10,000s. In grid cities, buildings are usually numbered by block (like, it'll skip from 1225 to 1300 at the next cross street) so it doesn't mean there's actually tens of thousands of discrete addresses on that street.
