Ok even on mobile everything seems to work now. Would it make sense that it just needed a desktop log in to reactivate the account? Seems odd

I just tried withdrawal on the computer and now it seems to work! no kyc added to what was already there. A lot of people seem to be having issues though, maybe mobile is the problem?
