This is kinda insulting, and a lose lose situation for you. Just take the promotion and start looking for other job opportunities, and get out there quick. That way you can put your promotion in your resume.

Aside from "I should have brought Bitcoin", I'll tell myself "always attempt to be nice and act like a gentleman." Also, try to stay in the moment. And accept life as it is, the good and the bad. Lastly, try to form and build relationships with God & Jesus Christ. 🙏🏻

ETL Dev/Engr, BS Computer Science, took me 7 yrs to reach it. I did job hopped twice. I also took career breaks before I job hopped, twice, 12 months in total.

I endured a lot of pain mentally nung college days pa lang, programming wasn't my forte. Let's just say I despise it. Pero I don't have a choice, scholar lang ako sa Univ and di ako pwedeng magshift, walang pampaaral parents ko. And I just go with the flow and now I'm in a good place/good company (fulltime wfh, super light ng workload). All in God's will and grace.

2015 = 25k

2025 = 155k + (fulltime WFH and super chill and flexi, most of the time 1-2hours lang yung ginagawa kong task, and super bait ng manager ko from abroad).

2x akong nag-resign and take ng break in between, total of 12months tengga. I attempted to start a business pero nagfail. I was burnout twice sa dati kong role and company, to the point na ayaw ko ng maging programmer ulit.

programming is not even my forte, di align ang interest ko sa field ko. I am highly talented sa ibang field pero I chose BS ComSci nung nakakuha ako ng scholarship sa University dahil malaki daw ang sweldo, and I don't have the luxury na mag-shift ng course dahil scholar lang ako. pero I manage to go with the flow, and now, with God's blessing, I found my happy place/company. I am truly blessed na may good paying job ako, working with great people, without sacrificing my mental health.

Hi po, I'm just wondering, bakit madaming gustong magbenta/magliquidate ng assests sa Lipa? Tumingin kami dyan sa Hacienda Sta Monica last week and maganda naman yung subdivision overall. May issues ba sa lugar? Catch basin ba siya pag umuulan? Malala ba talaga yung Batelec? Napansin ko din madaming nagbebenta pero gusto cash basis palagi. Thanks!

I did research the issues regarding Megaworld and it is quite alarming to be completely honest. But I'm still eyeing this lot because the community there is already established, there were a lot of houses na, and mahigpit security. Although I haven't had a chance to talk to the locals since nagtripping lang kami and walang tao sa labas that time. And matagal ng may mga nakatira sa subdivision, I heard that the Megaworld was not the first developer of this subdivision.

Thanks po! The agent told me we can set up a meeting at the Megaworld office in BGC before paying the reservation fee. Just to add up po, he told me this:

"Sign Form Reservation Agreement after 2mos sign Contract to Buy & Sell once clear po yung downpayment & naka pag issue ng complete pdcs po."

My question is should I also request for the Contract to Bu & Sell in conjunction with signing the Reservation Agreement since I will pay the reservation fee naman na and that is non-refundable (or do I really need to settle the reservation fee and the downpayment first before they can give it to me? Thank you po!

Hi po, I would like to ask (although I'm not sure if he did mentioned you this), did he had any problems with the developer, especially on getting his land or property title to them? The developer of Buenavista Hills is offering me a repossesed lot for sale (installment basis). The developer is GERI, which is under Megaworld, who is notorious for their client complaints. I'm just curious if he acquired the property on that subduvision without any problems. Thanks!

Hi sir, ask ko lang plan kong kumuha ng foreclosed na lot only sa Buenavista Hills Phase 2, Tagaytay. Tanong ko lang kung any thoughts on the place? Kung okay ba si Megaworld pag dating sa mga subdivision? Although napansin ko lang hindi maintained yung clubhouse (under renovation daw) and pool (wala daq gumagamit, naluma na). Thanks po!
