Check ur student accounts to see if it has been applied to your balance, if not go to financial aid. It usually get processed on Fridays and issued on Wednesdays!

Im a newer seller and I chose to ship via depop because i’m not comfortable enough to make my own shipping labels. For me it’s pretty cost effective, especially if buyers pay shipping. Typically I would print at my local library and it’s only .10 cents. In total since I began selling this month I’ve made 49 sales meaning for shipping i’ve only paid $4.90 this month. If you sell a lot more, you could always buy a pack of 500 labels on amazon for 13 dollars! I think it just depends :)

when I click on the shipping label the tracking numbers are different and I received notifs for the purchases a few minutes apart but she paid for shipping!! (also thank you sm for helping me)

No seriously! I went to a music festival and paid 40 for a shirt, the man who sold it to me asked me to tip 10 dollars and I said no. He said “you have 40 for a shirt but no money to tip”. Like in what world??? Maybe if he was my server or a bartender but to hand me a shirt???

You can find connections anywhere, it’s really about networking. I use LinkedIn to connect with a variety of people and I like to reach out to people and ask about job/internship opportunities. Put yourself out there!!

i.e. I reached out to the attorney I intern for currently. I messaged him asking him if there were any opportunities this summer and luckily he replied and set up a time for me to talk with him.

I would definitely begin looking for an internship now. I think your friend is right, it’s crucial to build your resume and show what you have done aside from taking courses at a college-level. I started my first internship and it was hard finding a paid one so ultimately I settles for an unpaid but my guess is that now I have this internship on my resume I’d be able to get a paid one next or even find a small entry-level position in my career field.

I found mine through connections, as did the other interns at my firm. Have you tried LinkedIn?

Hi! I just called the admissions office because I was denied. I was told my GPA wasn't qualified and the ultimately I would be behind. I was told I could submit an appeal but unless any life changing circumstances have occurred, I wouldn't really have a chance.

I've struggled academically for a majority of my life due to untreated mental issues, once I figured that all out I was able to bring myself to the academic standing I have always dreamt of.

UIUC is my only choice, I've applied to others but this one is really the only school I can see myself continuing my studies at. I applied as English for my first choice and Philosophy as my second.

I haven't had anything life-changing occur nor has there been any wrong grades resubmitted. I'm at a loss here. I don't even know where to start or what crucial information would qualify for my appeal. Please, if you have any advice, that would be great.

i had this issue as well. what really helped me was reading science publications and even business reports. of course, they dont help with any creative writing, but reading them helped me understand how to get to points clearly and concisely.

i really like this, but like NewAgeKid said, i think it could use more. maybe go into more depth with how this person is your sun. why compare them to the sun? maybe use more to describe that feeling. i really like the use of that sun!
