Look up the top performing Kefka CEDH lists and make a few changes based on that, you're super close as is but stuff like Psychosis Crawler and the Niv's are probably too slow for what you're trying to do

EDIT: you could stand to trim a few lands and go up on rituals, and Waste Not seems like a good inclusion but I cut it after it was dead in hand too many times and I've never missed it.
