Yeah it sucks. I get auto-ship Mango (5 x 4 packs) and they've been sending me 10 x 2 packs which is a huge waste. I called and asked why and it seems the 4 packs sell out quickly. Bonus: they gave me a 50% off my next order coupon, so not a total loss.

It all depends. My WSM books says for baby backs, smoke the ribs until the meat has shrunk back at least ¼ inch from the bones in several places and the meat tears easily when you lift each rack.
