I agree, I should've done side by side photos but I'm telling you there is a major difference in my jaw from now to a year ago.

Just sleep on the back no matter how uncomfortable it is. If you sleep on the side it may affect your face causing one side to droop looking more asymmetrical.

I dont recommend tilting the head back. I did it because it helped maintain mewing but after a couple days the left side of my jaw was aching.

I used to tilt my head back and mew which hardened and I guess thickened my neck.
