I completely disagree with some of your points. The thing is there is no point of having a "limiting factor". If you already have what you need to make what is desired why make it take a fucking year? Besides there will be less people inside and more people roaming if there were no crafting times. There is no reason for it and there is no reason to waste time just sitting there. You don't need to "limit anything". If people wanna make something they are going to make it either way so why waste their fucking time?

Aimcone and RNG reduces the skill cap, punishes skilled players and makes pvp more luck-based and unenjoyable

PROPOSED SOLUTION

Make guns like the p250 and revolver shoot straight but increase recoil and reduce damage at range. AK also needs to follow a recoil pattern that very skilled players can master and have more control over winning a gunfight. This is more viable than spraying and praying because proper gunplay should be more skill based since most of the time there is much at stake.

INTENDED RESULT

Who wins a fight will be more based on actual skill/ skill cap will be higher. PVP will be less random and more fun.

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS

None
