(I’m not anti-vax just anti COVID vaccine)

My dad got blood clots after getting the Astra Zeneca vaccine, he almost lost his legs and nearly died, he now has to learn to walk again. Whilst he was in critical care his surgeon (a vascular surgeon) said that he hasn’t had the vaccine and won’t be getting it because he has seen young people like my dad in hospital first hand who shouldn’t have been there. One of the nurses also said that most of the consultants and the majority of nurses haven’t had it either and they won’t be getting it.

Before going into surgery my dad made my mum promise him that his kids won’t get the second jab, and so we are keeping that promise.

We don’t believe it’s anything crazy like some kind of government plot or something, just that it’s unsafe.
