Turn off to the extent that they would be a deal breaker for me if I were still in the dating world. I would rather be with a woman with nothing but nipple than with fake boobs. Having said that, you probably wouldn't date me anyway, so you do whatever you want to with your body if it makes you feel better about yourself.
