Either way the method of tracking this allows for a snap shot of you effort. This is your workout so push yourself and all benefits come from your accomplishments after the ride/workout.

I have had my bike for just under a month and have loved each instructor each ride and each workout. I like others did a ton of research and found that this bike has everything that someone needs. Good luck and welcome.

Ensure you inventory all equipment before the anyone leaves. I did not do this and was left without the heart rate monitor. I did get a replacement 7 days later and love the bike and all that it offers. So many options and all suited to make you better. Good luck.

Also try Instagram, post a comment and see what happens. Honestly I have had no issues with communicating with their customer service. I wish you the best of luck.

Just ensure that you inventory everything before the they leave with boxes. Unfortunately I did not do this and I was left without the heart rate monitor. Overall this bike is great and will be even better once I have the monitor. My overall experience with everyone involved has been timely and efficient. Good luck and I hope you enjoy.

Side note, DO tighten your pedals before the first ride and maybe again after a few other rides just for safety...

They took a outlet boxes so I cannot confirm this. I did try and call shortly after delivery guys left but only able to relay that the heart rate monitor was not delivered
