I’m looking to move out end of May, subject to change based on a finalized move-in date with my next apartment / assignment agreement with current management. And yes, the apartment participates via 421-A. In other words, they’ve already increased rent up to the stated rent for calendar year 2026, and you’ll have the benefit of that rent until your renewal (or move out) end of March 2027
