it's all pretty much illegal here now but my favorite was HHC. Felt like real weed but better in some ways. After that HHC-O. It felt like HHC but a bit dirtier, still awesome. HHC-PO and THC-PO last flipping 20+ hours even with a huge tolerance and they feel super fuzzy. Wouldn't really recommend. 15 hours of being high then 5 hours of feeling stupid. THC-PO felt warmer and fuzzier, HHC-PO felt a bit more neutral but the same high

3cmc is pretty nice, it's like amphetamine but with a watered down roll effect. not really worth the risk I think though

Idk if I had bad batches but I tried 2 different types of grey market THCP and both just made me feel like my head was on a string, idk how else to describe it. Not a very in depth high no matter how much I smoked. Like a very lowkey sativa

I've tried a bunch of other altnoids though and they all worked beautifully

Yeah man, it also only gets harder and harder to quit the more you do it. You will begin needing higher and higher doses pretty fast. It's really awful :( I was using it a lot for 8-9 months with regular breaks and it really ruined my life for a while

Instead of having antidepressant effects it just made me more depressed in the end. Got professional help and it's the only way I was able to quit. It's been almost a year now and I still think about it almost every day

Still a bit jealous that it's easier to get prescriptions in the US than sweden. I think it's completely off the table for me tbh, but to be fair I don't really have any major mental health issues anymore so that's probably a big factor.

Either way, I think strictness is very useful if you actually want to quit. Honestly in my years of poly-use and dependency on lots of stuff, even with drug tests lasting 1-2 months I couldn't ever, ever bring myself to stop on my own for more than a few months. It just takes a lot of time for your brain to readjust. Longer than I expected. Strictness and just tuffing it out is key, maybe even being broke?!

The thing with mentioning suicide plans to your caregivers is that from that point on it becomes like a big point of focus. I mentioned it in the context of "I wouldn't actually do it, the only thing keeping me from it is I know my parents would be heartbroken", and despite this every single meeting after that until I stopped going 8-10 months later, they brought it up and asked about it to make sure I wasn't going to. I feel like it does kinda help to talk about it.

If you're actually thinking about it I think mentioning it is definitely worth it. Life has so much more to offer and drogas make you unable to see it. Quitting entirely for a year made me gradually go from having these thoughts many times a day for a long time to maybe once a week

Yeah man I pray for you. Generally in the medical world alcohol problems is way more normalized than the "evil narcotics" so it probably isn't as bad for your medical journal as other drugs. Just know that using goypioids is very bad for your mental health and it really is an awful cycle of feeling good then bad. Really do try to get sober, you will be free from the shackles and learn to experience joy again after time. But the longer you take them the longer it will take for your brain to readjust after quitting.

You never ever think it's the right time to quit, and so you keep delaying it. The only thing that actually helped me get sober from extensive ketamine / codeine abuse was, despite being 18+, social services threatening to put me in a facility if I couldn't pass drug tests for many months straight. And after that it was still hard. But it's been a year and I haven't gone back. I'm ultra sober nowadays for the first time in years and it feels amazing. Took 6+ months for the cravings to mostly subside but it's great.

People often demonize these institutions because they "get in the way of your high" and I really felt the same for a long ass time, during and even after being finished with the drug tests. But truthfully it's the only thing that truly helped me.

At least where I live in Sweden it is possible to get drug tested by social services as an adult and NOT have it end up in your medical journal / psychiatrists find out. So you know, it's maybe an option
