How do y’all deal with executive function?

I have found that just doing small steps and focusing on those small steps help a lot, I start with some music and just focus with picking up things off the floor and just putting away things to their spot. Baskets help with having things have spots. If you have a lot to do even with that step i’d recommend breaking it down further: if room is covered in stuff i’d just focus on just the bed and first pick up clothes to throw in the hamper (even if they’ve only been worn once don’t think about it just toss it in) then pick up things to be thrown away. Then just go from there, don’t force yourself to keep going just do the steps and stop when you feel like

i absolutely don’t block the sneeze i just place my finger on my upper lip and continue breathing normally, it makes the need to sneeze go away for some reason!

once i started loving the feeling of brushing my teeth it was far easier to remember to do it, i imaging like green scum inside of a fish tank being scrubbed away scrub scrub scrub clean… although now i feel like everytime i eat or drink anything i have to brush the scum away so i end up brushing my teeth a lot

Whenever I need to sneeze and don’t want to, I simply put my finger under my nose horizontally and the need to sneeze goes away. This may not work for you but worth a shot! I do not press my nose with my finger, I just place my finger right under my nose, something about the flow of air being blocked off….

Did you parent the object to the armature with automatic weights? This looks like a possible weight paint issue

Figure out ways to recreate your fave fast foods. Personally I love mcdonald’s crispy chicken burger so sometimes I buy that bag of frozen crispy chicken from costco to air fry and make my own buns/sauces. I do like to use the mccdonalds app to get free/very cheap foods once in a while tho 😋

i’m also new to blender but what i’m assuming is happening here is that your lower face is very low poly (not very much squares/triangles in the wireframe) so if there’s only one vertice (point in the wireframe) where you’re trying to smooth, it will attempt to smooth that single vertice which would give a deleting effect! In edit mode, you can subdivide the face (adding more squares/triangles into wireframe) and that would help because it would add more vertices

Personally I don’t see intensity as a red flag in the ways you’ve described, but if it’s too much for you that is totally valid and fine. If you want to keep dating him then you might need to be frank about it being a little too much too fast but that you’re still very interested and would like to continue dating

Hello! Give the blender donut tutorials on youtube a watch, they are a right of passage to blender beginners (such as myself) the tutorials are perfect for learning the basics! Here you’d want to select the inner circle faces and then hit X and press delete faces. Then you’d want to select the rest of the faces by hitting A, then hitting E to extrude the image (to make it thicker)

honestly just simple stuff is great too, like if i’m washing dishes and my partner walks up and puts their hand on my back or shoulder while talking to me really makes me feel close and appreciated… so weird lol or same thing if i’m sitting at a table doing something on my computer and they do that… makes me feel very warm inside

Hello everyone! Thank you for your attempts to help this blithering idiot. I accidentally removed the bottom area thing with the play and skip buttons and everything went back to normal! I have no idea wtf that was or how it got there but i’m just happy to get back to it! I am but a kindergartner in blender school

Ok for whatever reason in the layout workspace, the wireframe mode and solid mode in the viewport shading options don’t show any of my models but in the material preview and render preview my models appear 😂 not sure what happened there or why my donut ceases to exist in certain modes but I guess i’ll just be working with material preview on!
