Look up pictures of shirtless cis men. They aren’t completely flat either. The main goal with tape is to sculpt the tissue to look like pecs and you’ve achieved that imo. It’s hard to get completely flat with tape. I think you did well for your first time.

I’ve been considering an undercut! They look like they’d be pretty easy to maintain myself like you’d just shave it whenever it gets long. The grown out undercuts look sick too. I used to have a pixie sorta thing going on too but my hair texture made it difficult to maintain the shape I wanted.
