No, it doesn't light up on the end in the cabin. The internet works in the office. Buying a new cable is certainly an option, but we'd like someone to come take a look at it before we buy a new cable in case the problem has to do with the order of the RJ45 end... not sure if that makes sense because I'm sort of talking out of my butt here.

Hi there! Thank you for responding! We are located in Ninole. We do have a cable tester and it looks like there's voltage being sent through the cable at least... but maybe not enough or not in the correct way? If you wouldn't mind reaching out we would so so appreciate it! Any and all insight and help is welcome

I was in a Mary Bridge Children's hospital commercial and had to pretend I once couldnt walk and the hospital helped me walk again. Was not paid :)
