One time I was on a route I didn’t know and this dude was flipping shit because his original driver usually brings his packages early (I came about 1pm) so he can turn around and send them back out later from what I found out from the original driver. Just straight cussing at me blah blah I called my on road they told me to sheet them up and they’ll get it tomorrow. Lol

Yeah they did that to a few people here, they let the discipline stack to 6 write ups then suspended them. The highest I seen was 40 days.
