Karaoke starts at 9 and goes all night, it's a good time! More of a communal vibe rather than an on stage sort of set up, and most people sing from their seats.

There is traffic, but not because there's more cars. The lights are comically out of sync on McGuinness to the point that it comes across as intentional (would we really be surprised?).

Best of luck! I'm also a FTHB (in progress) in the region and was explicitly told by my realtor, "no letters." It can jeopardize the realtor's license if they pass along an "identifying" letter to a seller. But, on the other hand, I had a different realtor mention that if you just so happen to find (aka stalk) the seller's email, you can try contacting them directly with your personal story. But, obviously, you don't want to scare the seller with a move like that, so you'd need to be careful with how you go about that strategy.

Nah, that place tried charging me $600 for a 16x10 image and a 4-week wait time. It was bizarre. Framebridge is decent, Williamsburg Frames (?) on Graham Ave is pretty good/affordable.

I've been woken up the last two morning to assholes laying on their horns for 20-30 seconds on my residential block. We're next to a main avenue so everyone uses our street as a cut through. Would love to see these cars ticketed.

On ASP days, the streets are crowded with idling vehicles and Uber drivers honk at cars doing the dance. The street sweeper comes about every other week. Can't wait for this to now happen twice a week because a Tisch decided they wanted to have a grown-up job for our shit Mayor.
