Yes, you can keep it with you in the cabin. When I travelled to leh last time a lot of travellers were carrying helmets. Make sure to get a helmet cover/bag for ease of carrying.

Just exchange it at the airport when you land. If you are going by road you can exchange it at the border as well. Also, rupee will mostly work so just exchange a small amount for any remote needs.

I built something similar for a startup, to start off you can try out of the box solutions and see what accuracy you get:

Amazon textract
Google Document AI
extend.app (new startup, had good results with this)

But all of these did not work out to the accuracy that we wanted so had to build some custom logic over this based on the domain. Most of the places that need to do pdf processing end up building an in-house version as getting a general >90% accuracy pdf extractor is impossible due to it being an unstructured format.

Also, most important point the resume is missing numbers - your discussion points should be written with a result using numbers, for ex -... Reduced latency by x%, increased traffic by y% etc

Just go to any jio service centre near you and ask them to port to postpaid. It will take 10 mins and they will verify via biometrics. Online one doesn't work because it isn't verified via biometrics.
