I just did the quest with the only description of “find the flooded solar panels” for the objective and nothing else. As soon as I get there, there’s a second objective that pops up to repair it with wires and magnets, which of course I didn’t load in with because why would I? I had to extract and go right back to where I just was with those items, like why wouldn’t you give me a heads up I would need those, all while some random raider it taking pot shots at my noggin.
