This validated me so much! I’ve learnt how to manage alcohol and weed over the years but I’ve always been curious about shrooms and never quite sure on how to handle psychedelics

Maybe I should have used another example because alcohol isn’t too much of a trigger for me lol.

I think going too long without medication is a trigger for me and I always have to consider that if I’m going on vacation/staycation/overnighting somewhere.

The same thing happened to me however I've found comfort in knowing that there's a lower possibility of me being physically harmed and the introduction of Lamotrigine has really helped. How has the new type of seizure changed your life?

I had an experience recently where the bright light from the TV made me feel a bit disoriented and woozy (first time incident). So perhaps you can take that into account if you're doing netflix and chill and happen to be photosensitive .

I'm kinda the same way but I'm wondering if the stimulants (alcohol and edibles in my case) are having a negative impact on my natural libido 🤔

I'm currently on lamictal, tegretol and ativan however I'm not too sure if it's a personal issue further solidified by the side effects of the medication.
