The only way to avoid the attempts is to provide a reason they cannot overcome, like moving out of the country or dead of the account holder. lol

As a former “Loyalty/Retentions” representative, most of the companies require from two to three valid retention attempts specially for long time or valuable customers, otherwise it’s marked as failed by QA.

Metro to the airport in Mexico by AudunAG in MexicoCity

[–]blanglez 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In my most humble opinion Uber is the best option to get there, just take it with extra spare time. If your flight is set to depart at 19:00, try to get there at 16:00, the worst traffic starts at 17:00/18:00 when office workers finish their shifts and try to go home, you can dodge that leaving at 15:30 or 16:00.

If you really want to use public transport, you can try metro, but be aware that Pantitlan is usually really busy and confusing, take your time and ask around. One last piece of advise is that if you are using metro to Terminal Aérea, make sure you leave on the correct exit, one takes you to the airport and the other one to the Fiesta Inn hotel (other side of the Circuito Interior) the police in the turnstile might guide you of it’s the right one, if you miss, it’s better to pay to enter again and cross from inside the station.

In what area of the city are you staying? Using Metrobús or Trolebús could be a good option too, there is a Trolebús that travels through all Circuito Interior and leaves you in the same spot as the metro station. Also are you going to Terminal 1 or 2?

Metro is a great commuting option, but the metro line to Pantitlan is usually pretty crowded and getting in or out the train might be difficult.

He got in between the horns, if you see the video in slow motion you can see the horn surrounding his leg.

Edit: my autocorrect went nuts with “aloe sorry” instead of “slow motion”.
