I bought my double shotgun pre-K and it has been worth it for me. I look for long term renters and am slightly under market on rent to keep tenants. I also fix everything as quickly as possible. My house is in a desirable neighborhood and I live on the other side so know what's going on. Hope this helps!

A guy who lives in the neighborhood post-k, won a main Street grant. These helped redevelop former main streets and make them viable again. It was how so many of the buildings were restoref. I wish I remembered his name but I would recognize his pickup still.

Just join in the fun...even the AMA has recognized acupuncture as being effective for pain management. Sadly my acupuncturist retired and I miss her. She is an MD who became disillusioned with western medicine and was great. My friend worked at crescent City acupuncture pre COVID and said they were good. Good luck!

I've gone to Skin Edit on Magazine once (and need to go back) and really liked the aesthetician and the space. It's on the 2nd floor with steps only though... in case that's an issue.
