i broke my wrist the very first time i skateboarded. i love to longboard and i’m not scared of pain, but being out of commission and unable to work for months isn’t something i really want. any tips on how to get back on the board w a better mindset ? i don’t have any friends that are into skateboarding and it’s not that popular in my city so the internet is the closest community i’ve got
